Wow just when you thought it was Spring.....Dumping and Whumping the last day of February producing quite a bit of observed action. South and West facing sloped reported to have facet sandwich under newly fallen snow.....inner basin Humphreys cirque active and big slide in the Upper Bowl of the ski area....no reports of skier triggered slides but the red flags are a flying.....post up your findings if you get a chance.....Deep March?
Most of Core Ridge went with this last system as well. In fact, it looked like the north facing side of Rustler slid and connected all the way around to Core ridge. Beyond the first initial Core Peak zone it was hard to tell if it connected to all of the slides further east along CR since the wind had already started to hide things that first blue day but it's probably likely. It looked similar to the big slide we had there in 2015. We went all the way down to Last Chance that day and everything had went on CR. All of it.
